Programme  Management

The programmes of IISD are managed under the guidance of renowned thematic experts, who provide the broad guidelines for project implementation and undertake the monitoring-review-evaluation of the project activities. The Organisational structure is based on horizontal coordination and vertical decentralisation. Each programme is carried out in a decentralised participatory manner by a team of project officials.
