The Organisation has been putting thrust on the promotion, propagation and dissemination of the unique and diverse cultural traditions and aspirations of the North-Eastern region, which has inherited a colonial legacy of socio-cultural alienations and developmental neglect for the integration of the people of the region, particularly the youth in the national mainstream.
